Referendum on Family Law May Proceed

Ljubljana, 27 December - The Constitutional Court announced on Tuesday it had rejected the parliament's request to stay a referendum on the controversial family law, meaning that the referendum will be held if the proponents manage to collect the requisite 40,000 signatures.
