Owners of Lasko to Discuss Selling Mercator in January

Laško, 27 December - The shareholders of the beverage group Pivovarna Lasko will decide about the sale of its 23.34% stake in Slovenia's biggest retailer Mercator at a shareholders meeting at the end of January, Pivovarna Lasko chief supervisor Vladimir Malenkovic told the STA on Tuesday, adding that the supervisors backed the sale.
