Fmr Elan Official Gets 5-Year Prison Sentence
Ljubljana, 28 December - The Ljubljana District Court has sentenced Pavel Koder, a former financial executive of sports equipment maker Elan, to five years in prison for embezzling almost EUR 1.2m from companies Maygut, Mikon and Vito in the 1999-2001 period.
