SDS Files for Changes to Govt Appointment Procedure
Ljubljana, 5 January - The Democrats (SDS) filed on Thursday for changes to the Constitution that would simplify the procedure for appointing a new government. Under the proposal, the PM would have the power to dismiss and appoint ministers without the consent of parliament but not more than a third of ministers could be dismissed in one term.
