Number of Receiverships in 2011 Up by a Third Y/Y

Ljubljana, 6 January - A total of 675 receivership proceedings were launched in Slovenia in 2011, which is almost a third more than in the year before. The number of court-mandated debt restructuring and liquidation proceedings rose by 17% to 42, according to the Agency for Public Legal Records and Related Services (AJPES).
