Think-Tank Downgrades Growth Estimates for 2011, 2012

Ljubljana, 6 January - The government Institute of Macroeconomic Analysis and Development (IMAD) assesses that the economic growth for 2011 will be just below 1%, while it expects the economy to stagnate this year. If the economic situation further deteriorates, growth could also be negative, IMAD head Bostjan Vasle told MPs on Friday.
