Witness in Patria Trial Says Janša Only Mentioned to Impress
Ljubljana, 9 January - The main Patria defence deal bribery trial, including former PM Janez Janša among the defendants, continued on Monday with the hearing of the first witness. Marija Badovinac Črnkovič of Rotis, the company chosen to represent Patria in Slovenia, regretted mentioning Janša's name in an e-mail, saying she merely wanted to impress Patria.
