Slovenia Concerned about Implementation of Arbitration Accord
Ljubljana, 9 January - Since the European Commission has failed to present a list of arbiters for the arbitral tribunal when Croatia signed the EU Accession Treaty as was expected, it is now unclear whether the deadlines from the border arbitration agreement are running or not. While Croatia argues they are not, Slovenia wants to be on the safe side.
