Delo Looks into Reasons for Delay of EU Arbitration Tribunal List

Ljubljana, 11 January - The daily Delo says on Wednesday that the border arbitration between Slovenia and Croatia is a marginal matter for the EU at this moment, as it examines possible reasons for the delay of the European Commission in proposing a list if 15 international law experts from which countries will choose three of five members of the arbitration tribunal.
