Hong Kong, 12 January - Slovenia placed 69th among 183 countries in this year's Index of Economic Freedom, complied by the Heritage Foundation, a Washington think-tank, and the Wall Street Journal. Compared to last year, Slovenia lost three spots and got a lower overall score.
