Govt Adopts Package of Laws for Better Budget Strategy, Easier Restructuring

Ljubljana, 12 January - The outgoing government responded to the operational vacuum caused by the parliamentary stalemate with a package of far-reaching legislative proposals on Thursday, which range from a switch to a performance-based budget to substantial changes in provisions governing insolvency proceedings.
