Ljubljana, 17 January - The head of the Ljubljana outpatient clinic for people without health insurance Aleksander Doplihar marked the 10th anniversary of the clinic's launch on Tuesday by stressing it had been conceived as a shot-term solution and not as a clinic whose number of patients would be growing.
