Delo Welcomes Golden Rule in the Constitution

Ljubljana, 18 January - The decision of the party heads to put the golden rule into the Constitution is a step in the right direction, Delo comments on Wednesday, labelling it the first, albeit weak, signal to financial markets that Slovenia is trying to sort out its public finances.
