GZS Supports Changes to Insolvency Act, OZS Against

Ljubljana, 19 January - The Chamber of Commerce and Industry (GZS) believes that the government-proposed changes to the insolvency act, aimed at providing more protection for creditors and workers, are good given the situation. The Chamber of Trade Crafts and Small Business (OZS) meanwhile says that the proposal is discriminatory to small and micro companies.
