Strife between Prevent Owners Ends Up in Court

Maribor, 19 January - The battle for control between two biggest owners of Prevent Global, which gradually brought down the once formidable car seat cover maker in 2010, has ended up in court as majority owner Janko Zakeršnik is demanding a EUR 24m compensation from Nijaz Hastor for preventing the sale of the company to a Russian bidder.
