Law Expert Proposes Exclusion of Croatian Arbiter Due to Bias

Ljubljana, 23 January - Maritime law expert Marko Pavliha has assessed that Slovenia should request the exclusion of Croatia's Budislav Vukas from the five-member tribunal that is to arbitrate on the Slovenian-Croatian border because of his bias and publicly presented positions on the border at sea.
