Ljubljana, 24 January - It will be partly clear in Slovenia on Wednesday with occasional cloudy spells, especially in the east. Morning lows will range between -6 and 0 degrees centigrade, dropping as low as -11 in Alpine valleys. Daytime highs are expected at 1-5 degrees, up to 9 on the coast.
