ZZZS Settles 2011 Debt with Health Care Providers

Ljubljana, 25 January - Slovenia's Health Insurance Institute (ZZZS) closed last year in the black after delaying the payment of EUR 40.9m in outstanding liabilities from December to 3 to 5 January, ZZZS boss Samo Fakin told the press on Wednesday. Under the law, the health purse cannot end the fiscal year in the red.
