Ombudsman Requests Constitutional Review of Minor Offences Act

Ljubljana, 25 January - The Office of the Human Rights Ombudsman has requested a constitutional review of the provision of the minor offences act dealing with fine enforcement by imprisonment, arguing that the provision violates the basic human rights and fundamental freedoms.
