Ljubljana, 27 January - The business daily Finance focuses on the positive in IMAD's rather gloomy projections for economic growth for 2012 and 2013. Under "Pessimistic Optimists", it argues on Friday that the crisis will prevent the state from meddling in the economy, which can only be good.
