Chief Prosecutor Deems Shift of Prosecution to Home Affairs Inadmissible
Ljubljana, 27 January - State Prosecutor General Zvonko Fišer believes that transferring the prosecution service to the Interior Ministry is an "absolutely inappropriate and inadmissible" solution. The only possible aim of the move is to gain control over the prosecution, as there are no real arguments for it, he said in a press release on Friday.
