101 Teams Take Part in Traditional Snow Castle Construction

Črna na Koroškem, 28 January - A total of 101 teams of five to eight people from Slovenia and abroad gathered at the foot of Mt Peca on Saturday to build ice and snow sculptures at the traditional 20th King Matjaž Castles event. The participating teams included female mayors from around Slovenia and military attaches from the US, Russia and Croatia.
