Barroso: Slovenia Example of Best Practice in Youth Employment

Brussels, 30 January - European Commission President Jose Manuel Barroso highlighted Slovenia, along with the Netherlands and Poland, as an example of best practice in employment of the youth. Speaking at the European Council meeting in Brussels on Monday, Barroso stressed that youth unemployment was a major problem in many EU members.
