Delo Says EU Long Way from Prosperity

Ljubljana, 31 January - Even though leaders at Monday's EU summit reached an agreement on the fiscal pact and the ESM rescue fund, the eurozone is still long way from being a solid monetary union, the daily Delo says in Tuesday's front-page commentary "Construction Site".
