Schools to Be Closed in SW Due to Hurricane-Force Bora

Vipava, 31 January - Kindergartens, primary schools and other public institutions will be closed in the southwestern municipalities Ajdovščina and Vipava on Wednesday and Thursday as a hurricane-force bora with gusts exceeding 180 km/h and bitter cold are forecast for the region, according to the Ajdovščina civil protection office.
