Samuel Žbogar Takes Over as Special Rep for Kosovo

Prishtina, 6 February - Samuel Žbogar, the former foreign minister, will formally take over as the EU's special representative in Kosovo on Monday, in what will be the first senior position for a Slovenian national in the EU's recently founded diplomatic service.
