Brussels, 31 January - Former Foreign Minister Samuel Žbogar, who is taking over as the EU's special representative in Kosovo, listed ten goals for Kosovo in his presentation at the European Parliament on Tuesday, including the need for a resumption of dialogue with Serbia.
