Pahor Tells Žbogar He Cannot Leave for Kosovo until New Govt Is Named

Ljubljana, 2 February - Outgoing PM Borut Pahor has told Samuel Žbogar, who is taking over as the EU's special representative in Kosovo on Monday, that he is bound by the Constitution to continue to perform his duties as outgoing foreign minister until new government is appointed.
