Gorenje Fails to Get Shareholder Approval for Share Buyback

Velenje, 3 February - The shareholders of home appliances maker Gorenje voted down the management's proposal for a share buyback at Friday's AGM, due to differences between two state-owned agencies over the priority right of existing shareholders.
