Žbogar Arrives in Kosovo, Assumes Office as EU Special Rep

Prishtina, 6 February - Outgoing Slovenian Foreign Minister Samuel Žbogar arrived in Prishtina on Monday, assuming the position of the special representative of the EU for Kosovo. Žbogar's term officially started on 1 February and will run until the end of June 2013, but may be extended.
