Catholic Church Condemns Ombudsman's Opinion on Circumcision

Ljubljana, 13 February - The Justice and Peace Commission of the Slovenian Bishops' Conference expressed on Monday its support for the Islamic and Jewish communities in Slovenia, which have expressed outrage over the Human Rights Ombudsman's opinion that circumcision for non-medical reasons is a violation of children's rights.
