Courts Solved More Cases Than They Received in 2011

Ljubljana, 13 February - Slovenian courts received 1,106,000 new cases in 2011 but solved little more than 1,140,000 cases. Among these, 190,000 were important cases, 180,000 of which were new, while the rest was backlog. Local courts have the heaviest caseload; they solved 678,000 cases last year.
