Žurnal24 Sceptical of Social Cap Benefits

Ljubljana, 14 February - The free daily Žurnal24 is sceptical in Tuesday's commentary of the potential benefits of a cap on social security contributions for the economy, saying that the government-announced measure would not benefit highly qualified staff but their well paid bosses.
