Demand for Exclusion of Evidence in Clean Shovel Trial Denied

Ljubljana, 15 February - The panel of judges at the Ljubljana District Court turned down the defence councillors' demand for exclusion of evidence based on the wiretapping of one of the defendants in the "Clean Shovel" trial as the hearing in the case involving three former construction firm bosses resumed on Wednesday.
