Weather: Partly Clear with Balmy Temperatures

Ljubljana, 17 February - It will be partly clear in Slovenia on Friday, only eastern parts of the country will be overcast. It will be cold in the morning, with lows of between -13 and -6, up to -2 on the coast. It will however warm up to between 4 and 7 degrees inland, up to 9 at the coast, during the day.
