Delo Deems Kosovo Referendum Shot in the Knee

Ljubljana, 17 February - The recent two-day referendum in which Serbs in northern Kosovo rejected ethnic Albanian rule was in fact a vote against the Serbian government, the daily Delo says on Friday. It believes the referendum, which was opposed by the international community, was "A Shot in the Knee".
