Govt to Seek NLB Capital Hike without Budgetary Funds

Ljubljana, 17 February - The government plans to do all it can to ensure that NLB bank can be recapitalised without direct budgetary funds, Finance Minister Janez Šušteršič said on Friday, after the bank reported a EUR 239m loss for 2011 and said it would need EUR 400m in fresh capital.
