DLGV Proposes Seven Constitutional Changes

Ljubljana, 22 February - The Virant List (DLGV) has submitted seven proposals for changes to the Constitution and one proposal to change election rules. These include a new fiscal rule, the scrapping of the National Council and of immunity for lawmakers, and changes to the referendum and government appointment procedures.
