Opposition Requests Constitutional Review of Govt Act

Ljubljana, 24 February - The opposition Positive Slovenia (PS) and Social Democrats (SD) asked on Friday the Constitutional Court to review the government act. The changes to the act made by the new government entail that the prosecution service be transferred from the Justice to the Interior Ministry, which the two parties object.
