Paper Says Serbia Has Learnt to Compromise

Maribor, 25 February - The daily Večer comments on Saturday on the agreement between Serbia and Kosovo that lays down the representation of Kosovo at regional events and joint management of Kosovo's northern border, saying that Serbia has learnt that it can only make progress by being willing to compromising.
