President Tells Syria Envoy Govt-Opposition Dialogue Key

Ljubljana, 26 February - Slovenian President Danilo Türk addressed on Sunday a letter to Kofi Annan, the newly-appointed special envoy of the UN and Arab League for Syria, in which he underlined how important his mission was in establishing political dialogue between the Syrian government and all elements of the opposition.
