Finance Welcomes Serbia's Candidate Status

Ljubljana, 29 February - The business daily Finance welcomes EU foreign ministers' decision to recommend making Serbia an official candidate for joining the bloc, expressing understanding that the Serbs are reserved about the news because of the requirements they had to meet, but also arguing that it was right they were not given any concessions.
