Ljubljana, 29 February - The SBI TOP blue chip index on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange was almost flat on Wednesday, closing 0.04% lower at 561.67 points. The loser of the day was telco Telekom Slovenije, which plummeted 3.88% to EUR 64.40.
