SOD to Sell Stake in Splošna plovba to Germany's Döhle
Ljubljana, 1 March - The state-run fund SOD is to sell its 19.8% stake in maritime transport company Splošna plovba to the majority owner, German shipping magnate Döhle, as a call for bids for a combined 25.05% stake, which SOD launched together with state-owned fund KAD in early January, failed.
