Higher Court Confirms Receivership at Gospodarstvo Rast
Maribor, 2 March - The Ljubljana Higher Court has rejected an appeal by the Maribor Archdiocese and its financial holding Gospodarstvo Rast against the decision of the Maribor District Court to place the holding into receivership. The decision seals the procedure in which creditors registered a total of EUR 132m claims against the holding.
