Court to Decide about Appointments for Venice Commission

Ljubljana, 2 March - The government has prompted criticism by annulling the January appointment of Slovenian members to the Venice Commission. The reason given was that the appointment was made by the previous cabinet when it no longer had powers to do so, but a legal expert does not think the reason is sufficient and now the matter will likely be taken to court.
