Večer Comments on Russia Election Result

Maribor, 5 March - The Czar has returned to the Kremlin, the daily Večer says in its Monday commentary of Russian presidential election, in which former president and prime minister was reelected president. The result is no surprise and the election was a mere formality, but nonetheless, Vladimir Putin will have to be able to make compromise this time around.
