Watchdog Proposes Naming Authors and Their Fees in Bills
Ljubljana, 5 March - The Slovenian anti-corruption watchdog has recommended to the government, parliament and local authorities to ensure greater transparency of legislative procedure to reduce the risk of ineffective use of the taxpayer's money through the hiring of contractors to write laws, and to prevent covert lobbying.
