Acquittal of Ex Defence Minister in Patria Case Upheld
Ljubljana, 5 March - The decision to acquit former Defence Minister Karl Erjavec and former Chief of the General Staff Albin Gutman of misfeasance charges related to the 2006 contract with Finnish defence company Patria became final on Monday as the Ljubljana Higher Court rejected an appeal by the prosecutor.
