MP Embroiled in Scandal over Suspicious School Report

Ljubljana, 6 March - An MP of the coalition Pensioners' Party (DeSUS) has been under strong pressure from the media and the public since two commercial TV stations reported in mid-February that his secondary school certificate is fake. Ivan Simčič was asked to provide an explanation by both the parliamentary speaker and corruption watchdog.
